With
this method, you may select :
·
The pressure - vacuum valve diameter .(one or more)
Also
you may obtain :
· The Normal Venting Requirements:
- Pressure:
filling.
- Thermal
outbreathing
- Total
relief requirement.
- Total
corrected pressure relief requirement.
·
Vacuum (Inbreathing) requirements.
- The
thermal inbreathing.
- Total
vacuum relief required.
·
Emergency venting requirements (bare tank).
Also
you may prove your valves design according
to the fluid and the operating pressure.
Furthermore
you will be able to:
·
Check your existing valves for condition with filled and vacuum.
· Check your pressure vacuum valves design modifying some
one of the parameters as follows:
·
Tank size (nominal: diameter and height).
· Roof thickness.
· Roof slope.
· Fluid.
· Maximum internal pressure.
· Operating pressure.
· Maximum allowable tank pressure.
· Maximum allowable vacuum.
· Relief Valve settings:
For pressure.
For vacuum.
· Filling rate.
· Draw-out rate (emptying).
Exit
data sheet is as follows:
To
introduce the variables you must fill in a form as follows :
